These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Voyage VPN ("the Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Voyage VPN is a virtual private network that routes your connection through our servers so that sites and services load reliably and your real IP address is hidden. The Service is provided as a personal virtual private network (VPN) using the AmneziaWG protocol for mobile and desktop devices. The subscription costs 250 RUB per month.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

break the law or infringe the rights of others;
send spam, run attacks, hacking, port scanning or any malicious activity;
distribute malware or harmful content;
place an unreasonable load on the network or interfere with other users;
resell or share access to the Service without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these rules.

4. Trial and subscriptions

The subscription is paid monthly. The price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown on the website during checkout. Where required by law, applicable refund rights will apply.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Servers may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms it or other users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
