Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Voyage VPN ("we", "the Service") processes when you use our service, and how we handle it. Our core principle: we do not log your online activity.
1. What we collect
To provide the Service we process the minimum necessary data:
- Device identifier — a random ID generated on your device. It is not linked to your name, email or phone number.
- Subscription status — your plan (trial / paid) and its expiry date.
- Technical connection metadata — which server your device is assigned to and connection timestamps, used to operate the Service and balance load. This is short-lived operational data, not a history of your browsing.
2. What we do NOT collect
We do not keep logs of your online activity. Specifically, we do not record:
- the websites or services you visit;
- your DNS queries;
- the contents of your traffic;
- your browsing history.
3. How we use the data
We use the data above only to: provide and maintain the VPN service, assign and balance servers, verify your subscription, prevent abuse, and provide support when you contact us.
4. Payments
The subscription payment of 250 RUB per month is processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
5. Sharing of data
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with third parties except where strictly required to operate the Service (e.g. infrastructure providers) or where we are legally obliged to do so by a valid request from competent authorities.
6. Retention
Operational connection metadata is kept only for as long as needed to run the Service and is regularly rotated. Your device identifier and subscription status are kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
7. Security
Your connection to our servers is encrypted in transit. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data we process.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, or deletion of, the data associated with your device identifier. To do so, contact our support.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
